밤을 설치고,
일어나, 자세를 고쳐 앉아 다시 떠올리고,
다시 나의 사려깊지 못했음을 미안해하고,
자기 자신을 책망하며, 힘들어하고,
또, 힘들어하는 그런 나의 잘못들을 합리화하기 위해,
여러가지 생각들을 더 해보고,
이렇게 반복하다 보니, 그만 늦잠을 자버렸습니다.
연애상담은 할 게 못 되는군요.
다른 사람의 연애이야기 속에서 나의 실수를 바라보게 될 때,
책망은 한 없이 자라납니다.
그 텅 비워있는 마음 한 켠을 다스리기 위해,
그 때의 나를 미워하는 걸 조금이나마 멈추기 위해,
오늘도 하루를 이렇게 살아갑니다.
어제 집에 돌아오는 길에는 보름달이 환히 떴더군요.
환한 달을 향해 마음 속의 꺼내어놓기 힘든 이야기를 마냥 던져봅니다.
